To reach the Firefly desk, from the Arrivals Hall head left and follow the yellow lines for 300 metres. The Firefly counter is next to Norwegian. If you arrive in Terminal 1, the airport offers a free shuttle service connecting both terminals. Exit Terminal 1 (Arrivals), then go down the stairways located besides “Caffe Di Fiore” to a lower level, where the free shuttle bus will pick you up.
